Activities and hobbies for kids ages 3–12 — included in tuition or added as optional enrichment.

We accept State Government subsidies and are an approved private school for the Utah Fits All Scholarship, Harmony Educational Service, Children’s First, and OpenEd.

Nature Academy Presents

Jr. Handyman Class

Learn • Fix • Build

Taught by Jason Peterson, a professional handyman. Kids learn real tools, real techniques, and build a real project.

4:00–4:15Learn about different tools, how they work, and what they are used for
4:15–4:45Learn and practice how to fix something (for example, changing a doorknob)
4:45–5:30Work on building a project
5:30Dinner is served or kids can be picked up

Tuesday evenings, 4:00–6:00 pm, for 6 weeks.

Jason’s #1 priority will always be safety. No heavy machinery or dangerous tools will be used. Kids won’t be practicing with electricity.

Nature Academy

Summer Program

June 1, 2026 – August 14, 2026 • Mon–Thu 8:00am–6:00pm, Fri 8:00–3:00pm

We are a state-licensed daycare and Utah Fits All approved private school. Funds can be used for our summer program.

Our summer program includes language arts or math lessons each day, circle time, music, science, art, crafts, and a full slate of activities: dance class, theatre, reading/writing club, gardening, baking, and more.

Included in tuition: All meals & snacks, all extracurricular activities, microschool lessons. Only private music lessons, Jr. Handyman, and 3-D printing cost extra (and attending students receive a discount).
