Calendar & Closures

We are open year-round with some typical school/daycare closures. Tuition remains the same each month and is not prorated — it is calculated on yearly costs, not monthly. Trained teachers help cover sick days, which dramatically reduces closures.

  • 1 week to transition from school year to summer (end of May)
  • 1 week to transition from summer to school year (August)
  • 1 week during Thanksgiving
  • 2 weeks during Christmas

Food Program

We provide all meals and snacks. We are certified with the Alliance for Children and receive partial reimbursements for meals. We follow specific guidelines and try to accommodate where possible, but encourage parents to keep some snacks in their backpack for when their child doesn’t like something.

  • Breakfast at 8:00 am
  • Morning snack
  • Lunch at 12:00 pm
  • Afternoon snack
  • Optional dinner at 5:15 pm

Always natural ingredients — full ban on artificial dyes and flavors.

Payment Options

Child Care Assistance

We run as a private school, but we are a state-licensed daycare and can receive child care assistance for all our services. This often covers most of our tuition fees. Many families qualify and don’t realize it — the income limit is higher than most expect. We encourage submitting an application.

Scholarships

We are an approved private school for the Utah Fits All Scholarship, so the $8,000 option is usable here. We are also a UFA vendor, so the $4,000 homeschool option can be used. We are additionally vendors for Children’s First (Carson Smith), Harmony Educational Services, and OpenEd.

Self-Pay

We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
